The weather forecast for our Grand Opening on Saturday 11th July 2015 is looking great, but it’s probably worth reminding you that the Halifax RC Park is in the open with very little shade. So please bring your sunscreen and hats. There’s no wind expected so we might have a few bugs around (bug spray advised). And it’s also worth remembering that dry off-road dirt tracks can generate quite a lot of dust when cars are racing around, so wearing something to protect your eyes is recommended (you’ll probably need your sunglasses anyway!).
(this is Environment Canada’s forecast so don’t blame us if it’s hotter, colder, or even snowing!)
We’re looking forward to seeing you all.

Brian and John goin’ at ‘er.
Took John and Pierre a little over an hour to move water off. Push brooms work really well. More people would have cut this down even more. Hope the weather holds and dries the rest up. Might be good enough to get out this afternoon.
